I work with a similar framework for every assignment. I always start by listening to your teams story to clarify the specific situation. From there we’ll work on creating a plan to facilitate the change you’re looking for. During these processes I use my backpack filled with knowledge from different methods and disciplines from the modern evidence-based world and the old experience-based world.

Think of my neuropsychological background, but also breathing exercises, meditation techniques, visualization exercises and the experiental learning method often offer a good starting point for initiating a change process.

So I always look for the method or a combination of methods that best suit you and the people that make your team.
